Right. Got the cab unwrapped and through the front door without any hassles.
Getting it through the house into the kitchen proved more difficult as both the width and depth are greater than the width of a standard door. The control panel on the cab can be removed which makes the machine less deep, enough to get through any door.

Of course things are never that simple and a couple of the bolts refuse to budge. In a change of tact, the father-in-law takes the offending door off its hinges. How do you like those apples door!
